Terms: Corbin Electric Services, Inc. agrees to provide the maintenance for the period commencing upon payment of the charges set forth above and continuing for one, two or five years as selected by the customer. The agreement covers only the routine maintenance services. All required parts and additional labor not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be supplied at additional cost. All work will comply with the manufacturer’s guidelines and be performed in a professional manner and Corbin Electrical Services, Inc. agrees to correct any non-conforming services provided hereunder promptly. Corbin Electrical Services, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied. The customer agrees that in no event will Corbin Electrical Services, Inc. be liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or incidental damages of any kind arising out of this agreement.
